Damaged Weak Hair Help

Question: Hello.. ok so i used to have straigth hair But i had done permanent curly which lasts for 3 years. and ever since i put that on my hair, my hair got hard and ruff and dry and its very damaged im tired of it idk what to do aymore..im using garnier treatments is  it good for damaged hair??and i want my hair to grow but it dont wanna grow,but im soo frustrated with my hair that i wanna cut it short because it’s very damaged but than i dont wanna cut it at the same time because i want my hair long..idk what to do…i need help..

i am 20 years old my hairs r weaken,soft and hairfalling has started.. weaken hairs r converting into white hairs whats the remedy i can do?

my hair is oily and it is very weak and damaged , i do oiling , conditioning , cutting the damaged ends and dont use shampoo daily too , but still it is the same ! i use dove conditioner
