How to create smokey eye for blonde hair
BEAUTY QUESTION: I have to go to a party tonight and i want a smokey eye. Also I have blonde hair. Please give me some tips for creating smoky eyes. (Asked By Quinnie)
BEAUTY ANSWER: If you are having blue or green eyes then try deep golden or brown shade that helps to pop the eye with a dark liner. You can smear and merge with a q-tip. For other eye color you can use black eyeliner.
