BEAUTY QUESTION: What colour makeup can i wear with a royal blue dress as i am having dark hair with fair complexion? (Asked By Kazzy)

 

BEAUTY ANSWER: Line the top of your lid making the light a little thicker toward the outside. Wear pink lipstick on your lips. Try golden brown, purple or silver color make up which looks great with your royal blue dress.
