Divide wet hair with several sections and then twist a section of hair with you index finger to create tight curls. Now push the curl flat next to your head and secured with a clip or bobby pins. Continue this process and make curls in rows. Then remove clips or bobby pins from your hair and style the curls with chopsticks or a pick. Protect few curls to the top of your head. Spray your hair substantially by using hair spray and add flowers or vintage hair accessories to the bottom of the curls.
